Acceptance by bios-bins.com of any order is conditional upon acceptance by the Purchaser of these conditions which shall override all other terms and conditions inconsistent herewith, whether expressed, implied or otherwise including terms, conditions or stipulations contained in the Purchaser’s purchase order or other form of writing or otherwise stipulated by the Purchaser and with are at variance with or additional to these conditions. The same shall not be binding upon bios-bins.com unless specifically accepted and signed by bios-bins.com.
Purchaser shall not, at any time, directly or indirectly, use any intellectual Property of bios-bins.com, or engage or attempt to engage or assist any other Person to use any intellectual Property of bios-bins.com. REFUND POLICY
All our bios are tested at our end. If defects arise, we will at our option, replace the bios file purchased by you. We will refund only if accidental double payment is made or at our option. Refund time may take 30 days from the date of purchase.
INDEMNIFICATION
Purchaser agrees to protect bios-bins.com and hold bios-bins.com harmless from any loss or claim arising out of the negligence of Purchaser in the installation, use of bios-bins’s bios files.
“Confidential Information” as used in this shall mean any and all technical and non-technical information including but not limited to legal and non-legal opinions, financial details, patent, copyright, trade secret, and proprietary information, techniques, sketches, drawings, models, inventions, know-how, processes, apparatus, equipment, algorithms, software, software programs, software source documents, Application Program Interface (API), designs, drawings, sketches and formula related to the bios and services of bios-bins.com, and includes, without limitation, their respective information concerning development, design details and specifications, engineering, information and documentation.
Governing Law: This contract shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of India and the courts of Aurangabad, India shall have exclusive and sole jurisdiction over this Agreement.
The prices of the Goods or Services are the current prices as displayed on the web site.

Under no circumstances will bios-bins.com. or its affiliates be held responsible for such damages caused by any software we may link to. We cannot guarantee any of these files to be virus free, nor can we guarantee the defect-free operation of any software on any one machine. Any other liability of bios-bins.com to the Purchaser in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the contract is limited to the Price.
